To play for any Caragh Senior team is a huge honour.  To represent the historical village of Prosperous and carry on our fighting heritage ingrained in us.  To have worn the same colours and have played in the same position of many of the great players down the years is something all underage players in our club dream of.  We practice on our own for years, honing our skills, commentating to ourselves and hoping one day to become "legends".

Throughout the years our club has been known for it's fighting spirit and style.  We are continuing that tradition.  Our senior team at present is very much going through a transition period.  We have vastly experienced players who are waiting for the explosion of youth to join us.  We are rebuilding and we intend to build to be stronger than ever.  We intend to grow and to learn and to teach and we intend to do so "in union and liberty.
