U11' s finish the league in fine style
U11 Div 2
Caragh 5-15 Naas 1-7
Caragh came out on top in their last Div 2 league game against Naas in an enjoyable contest. This was a close game initially and the teams were level at half time. Naas even took the lead in the second half, but Caragh began to get on top mid way through the second half. The lads were helped by the sizable crowd who gave the lads plenty of encouragement and helped drive the team on. A feature of the game was a number of impressive points where the team linked up well showing impressive team work. It is hoped that training will continue for a couple more weeks & there may even be some challenge games if the dry weather continues.

Newtown Gaels u15's beaten but unbowed
Hard luck to Newtown Gaels u15s, beaten by Ballymore 3-17 to 2-9. A great first half performance saw the teams level at half time but Ballymore proved too strong in the second half. With 10 of the starting 15 for NTG still u14 there are lots of positives to take from it for our lads... We'll have plenty of good days ahead!.. Well done boys, doing us proud as always. Up the Gaels!!
